Are all postcards and quantities really printed and delivered to the post office in 24 hours?
Although most quantities qualify for a 24 hour turnaround, we may need an extra day or two for larger orders.

How does it work?
It’s simple – Choose a postcard size, upload your finished artwork and mailing list, and approve your proof.
The MailBox Direct system is designed to simplify the process of printing and mailing postcards.

What kind of equipment do you use?
We use top-of-the-line digital and offset printing presses.

What kind of paper stock do you use?
Postcards are printed on 111# gloss cover stock, and we UV coat the front for free.

What file formats are accepted for artwork?
Our online ordering system accepts .jpg, .eps, .bmp, .png, .gif, .tif, .pdf
All artwork files should be designed using the CMYK color mode.

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
No. Our prices include full bleeds free of charge. We need the bleeds to extend 1/8″ (.0125) on all sides.

What types of files do you accept for mailing lists?
Our online ordering system accepts the following formats: .xls, .xlsx, .mdb, .accdb, .csv, .txt

What if I don’t have a mailing list?
Contact us! We can help you get a mailing list that best fits your needs and budget.

How long will it take to upload my files?
Usually just a few seconds, but may vary depending on your connection speed and file size.

How do I cancel an order?
